1、agree these look like toys. Something an 5-8 yr old would be drawn to. Maybe that is the market they are going for?
2、Well if it's made in China and is colorful, it uses lead paint and components. So yes, it's for the children.

it's a Chinese-developed cpu and its chinese is "龙芯"
which means "the heart of the dragon" or dragon heart

补充下：Van Der Led的网站是英语和荷兰语的，貌似是个荷兰公司
龙芯还是要支持下的，毕竟是国产的CPU
虽然对龙芯天天吆喝自己是第一款国产CPU心怀不满
（因为第一款国产通用CPU是台湾省VIA，威盛科技）
